Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alen Zalac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valdimir Sokolov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zalac comes to the cage accompanied by Kanye West - Amazing. Sokolov has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Alen Zalac has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sokolov showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Zalac.
Sokolov looks winded!
Sokolov leaves Zalac with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Zalac looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sokolov is fending him off so far but Zalac persists. Nope, Sokolov circles away and we're back to standing.
Sokolov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sokolov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Zalac is trying to defend but Sokolov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Zalac might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Zalac has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Sokolov should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Zalac has tightened it up now! Sokolov should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
