Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flash shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lawyer defends it nicely.
Lawyer shoots for a double leg takedown but Flash sprawls well. He's pushed Lawyer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Lawyer closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Flash prevents Lawyer from improving position.
Lawyer remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Flash is trying to control Lawyer's posture but Lawyer avoids it.
Flash is working to avoid the ground and pound but Lawyer connects with a decent elbow.

Lawyer is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Flash to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Flash shrugs it off.
Flash can't escape the position.
Flash tries to hold on but Lawyer postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
BOOM! Lawyer connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Flash wants to hold on but Lawyer pushes him away.

Lawyer tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Flash is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Lawyer locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Flash is forced to tap!
