Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Flo Wer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rampe Rovio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wer might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to My Sweet Lord by George Harrison. Rovio has chosen Boom City as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rampe Rovio!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wer tests Rovio's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wer misses with a hook.

Rovio closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wer's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Wer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rovio can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Rovio got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wer has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rovio has managed to get both his arms back between Wer's legs - danger averted.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rovio postures up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rovio accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rovio makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Wer isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rovio stacks Wer on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rovio!
Wer is looking to reverse the position.

Wer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rovio wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wer is trying to control Rovio's posture but Rovio avoids it.

Rovio cracks Wer with a big right hand but Wer just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Rovio has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Rovio is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Wer is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Rovio in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Wer looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Rovio turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
