Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houston shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Silva keeps the fight on the outside.
Houston takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Silva closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Silva decides to stand up, so the ref orders Houston to his feet.
Houston gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Silva counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Silva.
Houston is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Houston on the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Houston working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Houston tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Silva has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Silva stands and steps away. Houston gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Houston is bucking up trying to escape but Silva cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Silva cracks Houston with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
