Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tokyo Drift (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiroyuki Okamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Okamoto's choice of entrance music: Feel the Drive. Hiroyuki Okamoto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tokyo Drift! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiroyuki Okamoto! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drift moves out of range of the leg kick from Okamoto. Drift shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Okamoto sprawls well. Okamoto wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Drift gets slowly back to his feet. A thudding body kick lands there by Okamoto!
Drift throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Okamoto closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Drift's guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Okamoto wants to control from the top but Drift keeps moving. Drift is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Okamoto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Drift swivels though and keeps the full guard. Drift working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Okamoto. Okamoto pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Drift is keeping the position for now. Okamoto slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Okamoto tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Okamoto working away. Okamoto fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Okamoto scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Drift to see if he's OK. Okamoto lands a decent elbow from side control. Okamoto wants to control but Drift is keeping him busy. Okamoto sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Drift is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Okamoto working the head with strikes. Okamoto throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Okamoto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Drift keeps working. Drift stops Okamoto from passing to mount. Okamoto working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Okamoto has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Drift! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Okamoto lands a big shot there that rocks Drift but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Okamoto postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Drift badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Okamoto around the waist but Okamoto pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Okamoto is the winner by TKO! Okamoto jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hiroyuki Okamoto! Our winner, Hiroyuki Okamoto, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
