Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zmesan Borec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Synephrine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borec comes to the cage accompanied by Megadeth - Lucretia. Synephrine has chosen Hammerfall - Hearts On Fire as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sam Synephrine!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borec fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Borec throws a right and a left that Synephrine avoids nicely.
Borec misses with a series of wild punches.
Borec looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Borec rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Synephrine moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Borec feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Borec tries to score a power double leg takedown but Synephrine sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Borec somewhat.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Borec crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Synephrine - the referee stops the clock and Borec gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Synephrine. Borec manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Synephrine scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
