Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ace Espinoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Materson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Espinoza comes to the cage accompanied by krolithika. On his way into the cage it seems that Ace Espinoza has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ace Espinoza seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 1, fighting out of London, Ace Espinoza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Materson! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Materson takes a body punch but keeps moving. Materson misses with a two punch combination.
Espinoza scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Espinoza clinches. Espinoza drags the fight down to the ground.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Espinoza keeps the fight on the outside. No luck for Espinoza with that takedown attempt.

Mike Materson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Materson darts in trying to clinch and Espinoza counters with a three punch combo that has Materson backing up. Materson nods at Espinoza to acknowledge the strikes.

That was a close round but I would say that Ace Espinoza will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
A combination from Espinoza does no damage. Materson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Materson is looking for a kimura but Espinoza is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Materson to get the leverage. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Materson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Materson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Espinoza defending well though. Espinoza tries to kick Materson off but Materson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Materson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Materson throws a strike but Espinoza manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will Materson tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!
