Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ice Lander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dantavious McJuckett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lander kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tribute. McJuckett has chosen "Sinister Kid" The Black Keys as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lander ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McJuckett moves away.

McJuckett closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dantavious McJuckett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McJuckett moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lander uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McJuckett.

McJuckett thuds his right hand into Lander's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
McJuckett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lander sees it coming and avoids it easily.

McJuckett wants to control the pace but Lander is squirming around nicely.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McJuckett cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lander tries to lock up and control but McJuckett gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lander is in a horrible position here. McJuckett smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Lander is rocked!
McJuckett has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lander is trying desperately to improve position.

McJuckett changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lander looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lander can't do much from the bottom here.
Lander is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because McJuckett is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

McJuckett is looking to take a break and control but Lander is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Lander is looking to reverse the position.
McJuckett lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lander down.
