Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ukko Reinikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spiidi Haukka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ukko Reinikainen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Spiidi Haukka! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reinikainen closes the distance and clinches. Reinikainen tightens his grip and picks Haukka up, before dumping him to the ground. Haukka manages to land in guard. Reinikainen won't allow Haukka to sweep him here. Reinikainen controls from within his opponent's guard. Haukka is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Haukka can do anything to dispel that myth. Reinikainen trying to control but Haukka is working from the bottom. Reinikainen has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Haukka is proving hard to escape from. Haukka is looking for a triangle here but Reinikainen uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Reinikainen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reinikainen wants to control but Haukka is keeping him busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Haukka is looking for a sweep. Reinikainen prevents Haukka from escaping the position. Haukka tries to get back to half guard but can't.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Reinikainen shoots in looking for a takedown. Haukka tries to sprawl out of it but Reinikainen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Haukka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Reinikainen thuds his right hand into Haukka's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Reinikainen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Haukka swivels and escapes. Reinikainen has taken the fight to the clinch.
Reinikainen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Reinikainen doesn't manage to clinch there - Haukka circles away.
Reinikainen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ukko Reinikainen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Reinikainen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Haukka's waist but Haukka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reinikainen off to one side. Haukka shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Reinikainen as he avoids it easily. Reinikainen with a lazy takedown attempt and Haukka counters with a nice double leg into guard. Reinikainen is breathing heavily. Haukka gets to his feet. Reinikainen looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Haukka scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Haukka seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reinikainen trying to control here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Haukka is looking to advance position but Reinikainen won't allow it. Haukka missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Haukka seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Haukka trying to pass the guard but Reinikainen defending well. Reinikainen keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Haukka stalling.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Reinikainen doesn't succeed with the takedown and Haukka counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Reinikainen shoots and misses and Haukka counters with a takedown into side control. Reinikainen on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Haukka trying to control the action but Reinikainen is working from the bottom. Haukka tries to move to full mount but Reinikainen actually manages to regain half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Haukka wants to take a breather but Reinikainen is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Spiidi Haukka dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Reinikainen misses with a takedown attempt and Haukka counters with a shoot takedown. Reinikainen fights it but they end up in guard. Reinikainen is looking for a triangle but Haukka pushes his legs off easily.
Haukka has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Reinikainen is proving hard to escape from. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Reinikainen is on top in guard.

Reinikainen wants to control from the top but Haukka keeps moving. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haukka is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Haukka is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Haukka manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Haukka cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Haukka is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Reinikainen has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Reinikainen! Haukka controlling the position. Reinikainen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Haukka is keeping the position for now. Haukka being controlled here, momentarily. Reinikainen trying to control the position from guard on top but Haukka is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Haukka working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reinikainen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Reinikainen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Reinikainen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Haukka is keeping the position for now. Haukka trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Spiidi Haukka has got the better of the ground game so far. Haukka trying to control the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Reinikainen unloads a knee to the mid-section. Haukka lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Haukka tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Reinikainen just stands there and leans against the cage. Reinikainen pulls guard effortlessly. Haukka prevents Reinikainen from getting back to his feet. Haukka looking to pass the guard. Haukka trying to control the position from guard on top but Reinikainen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Reinikainen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Spiidi Haukka showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
