Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vinnie Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Pikachoo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pikachoo slaps away a takedown attempt from Black, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Pikachoo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Black misses with a head kick.
Pikachoo shoots for a takedown but Black saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Pikachoo misses with a body shot.
Pikachoo lunges at Black with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Black's hand.
Nice body kick there by Black.
Pikachoo keeps the fight on the outside.

Black shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pikachoo as he jumps to the side.

Pikachoo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Black circles away.

and Black counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Black.
Black tries to pull guard but Pikachoo forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Pikachoo tightens his grip and picks Black up, before dumping him to the ground. Black manages to land in guard.
Pikachoo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Black swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Black controls Pikachoo momentarily but Pikachoo frees himself.
Pikachoo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Pikachoo lands a couple of digs.
Pikachoo is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Black wants to stand and escape but Pikachoo is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pikachoo wants to pass the guard but Black is keeping the position.
Pikachoo drops back looking for a leg! Black is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Black manages to kick Pikachoo off! Pikachoo jumps back into Black's guard.

Pikachoo is working Black over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Pikachoo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Black doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Pikachoo.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pikachoo is keen to just control but Black is a slippery customer.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Black scores with a jab. Pikachoo acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Pikachoo shoots in and bounces Black off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Black accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Pikachoo is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Black in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Pikachoo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Black tries to hold on but Pikachoo postures up.

Black is trying desperately to improve position.
Pikachoo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Black's face.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Black's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Pikachoo lands a big elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Black takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Pikachoo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Black bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Pikachoo gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Pikachoo wants to control but Black passes into side.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Vinnie Black just wasn't active enough.
The fight stays on the outside here - Black looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
No luck for Pikachoo with that takedown attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

I would just about give that final round to David Pikachoo.
