Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leonidas Sheynauvah!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piaskun moves out of range as Sheynauvah strikes.
Piaskun misses with an uppercut.

Sheynauvah keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
It looks like Agaton Piaskun has been cut.

Leonidas Sheynauvah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Piaskun counters with a nice low kick that buckles Sheynauvah's knee momentarily.
Leonidas Sheynauvah is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Piaskun shoots in looking for a takedown but Sheynauvah manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Piaskun's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Piaskun lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sheynauvah at a distance.
Piaskun closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sheynauvah did well to prevent Piaskun getting side control.

Piaskun looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sheynauvah with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Piaskun in particular looking to stall.
Sheynauvah is trying to stand up here but Piaskun is controlling him well.
Piaskun is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Piaskun not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Piaskun tries to pass to full mount but Sheynauvah defends it.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Agaton Piaskun dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Piaskun goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Piaskun is looking to wear down Sheynauvah with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Piaskun swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sheynauvah just misses with a punch to the body.
Piaskun takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sloppy strikes from Sheynauvah. Those never looked like landing.

Sheynauvah fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Piaskun manages to avoid it.

Piaskun feints and as Sheynauvah raises his hands in defense, Piaskun changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Piaskun fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sheynauvah has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Piaskun sends Sheynauvah crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Piaskun is motioning to the referee to let Sheynauvah up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
