Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aze Gori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Six (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henry Six has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Aze Gori's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aze Gori! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henry Six! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gori rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Six counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Gori throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Gori tries to roll over but Six keeps him under control. Six keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Six looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Gori is refusing to be controlled, as Six sits in half guard. Six content to control rather than advance. Gori knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Six on the ground. Six working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Six prevents Gori from improving his position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Six is figuring out what he wants to do next. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Six connects with a nice short shot to Gori's temple. Gori is trying to control but can't.

Six is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Six has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Henry Six wasn't active enough on the ground. Gori looks to land a left hand but Six moved out of range nicely. Six throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action! Six keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Gori throws a lazy uppercut
and Six counters with a slapping leg kick. Six misses with a hook. Gori ducked under it nicely. Gori misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Six.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gori swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Six. Nice defenses there by Six. Six ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gori moves away. A telegraphed right hand from Gori misses the target. Six with a body punch. A glancing blow. Six closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gori did well to prevent Six getting side control. Gori wants to improve his position but Six is controlling well.
Gori is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Six scores with a couple of nice shots. Six sitting and controlling from the half guard. Six throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Six takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Henry Six hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Six takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Aze Gori seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gori swings widly with a right hand
and Six counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gori is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Six. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gori throws a hook to the side of Six's head but Six sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A big left from Six misses. Six scores with a one two! Gori had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Six throws a series of punches but Gori moves out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Henry Six dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Gori throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Gori is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Six. Six scores with a body shot.
Six waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gori. Six misses with an uppercut. Gori misses the jab. Gori looks to land a left hand but Six moved out of range nicely. Six changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gori tries to avoid it but Six manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gori to the ground. Gori escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Six works the jab nicely. The fighters circling - Gori throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Gori slips a jab from Six. Gori avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Gori lands a nice shot that snaps Six's head back.

and Six counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Gori misses with a straight right. Gori walks into a stiff left hand from Six. Gori moves forwards but Six connects with a nice, crisp jab. Gori fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Gori throws a lazy right hand but Six sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Six throws a looping overhand right but Gori ducks down to avoid it. Six displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gori throws out the jab. Six throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gori's waist but Gori gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Six off to one side. Six fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Gori to the ground. Six is now in Gori's guard. Gori not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Six throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Six scores with a takedown into Gori's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gori striking off his back but it's not causing Six any problems. Six slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Gori is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Six is aware though and is defending well. Gori not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Six looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gori with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Gori tries to roll over but Six keeps him under control. Six controlling the action here.

Henry Six showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Gori bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Six lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gori circles away quickly and effectively. Gori is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Six misses with a looping left. Six throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A left lands for Gori. Six shoots in for a double leg but Gori sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Six feints and as Gori raises his hands in defense, Six changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Six working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Six!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Henry Six! After the fight, Henry Six was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
