Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mike Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muhammad Seman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Money!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Muhammad Seman!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Money throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Seman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Money tries to avoid it but Seman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Money to the ground. Money escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Seman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Seman tries to land a leg kick but Money saw it coming and moves away.
Seman shoots in looking for a takedown. Money tries to sprawl out of it but Seman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Money manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice takedown defense from Money. No joy for Seman on that attempt.
Mike Money has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muhammad Seman.
Money tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Seman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Money closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Money lands with a left to the head.
Money is trying to break free.
Money wants to get back to striking at distance but Seman won't allow it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Seman drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Money gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Money tries to break free but Seman pushes him back against the cage.
Money controlling the action here for a moment.
A short body shot lands from Seman as the two fighters clinch.

Money has hold of one of Seman's legs. Seman is fighting the takedown attempt but Money gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Money working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Money trying to control but Seman is working from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Money works over Seman with some ground and pound from guard.
Seman pulls Money in to control the position.
Seman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Money's guard.
Money is trying to keep Seman in close.
Seman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Seman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Seman misses with a takedown attempt

and Money counters with a shoot takedown. Seman fights it but they end up in guard.
Seman throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Money throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Money has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Money looking to sit in guard and control but Seman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Money is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Seman throwing strikes from guard but Money blocks nicely.
Seman postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Seman trying to control but Money is working from the bottom.

Money looking for a guillotine here but Seman defends easily.
Seman sitting in guard, not really doing much.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mike Money dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Seman fails with an attempt to clinch.
Seman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Money closes the distance and pushes Seman back into the cage.
Seman misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Money.
Seman goes for a takedown in the clinch but Money prevents it.

Money breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nice cross by Money.

Seman moves into the clinch.
Seman wants to take the fight to the mat but Money manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Seman pulls guard effortlessly.
Money trying to control but Seman is working from the bottom.
Money is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Money advances position into side control!
Money trying to control the action but Seman is working from the bottom.

Money swings around for an armbar but Seman sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Money's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Money bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Seman's guard.

Money is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Seman is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Seman has escaped and now he's on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seman content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Money is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Seman engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Seman is looking to stand up but Money won't let him.
Seman trying to control but Money is working from the bottom.
Seman throws a big right hand that misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Seman trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Money keeping moving, preventing Seman from controlling successfully.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Seman with a lazy takedown attempt

and Money counters with a shoot takedown. Seman fights it but they end up in guard.
Mike Money has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muhammad Seman.
Seman is breathing heavily.
Money is working Seman over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Money with a flurry of punches that miss.
Money showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Money will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mike Money dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Money tries to clinch but Seman moves out of range.

Money clinches.
Seman wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Seman breaks the clinch.
Money fails to land with a series of punches.
Money throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Money keeps the fight on the outside.
Money slaps away a takedown attempt from Seman, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Money tries to close the distance and clinch but Seman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Seman fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Money to the ground. Seman is now in Money's guard.

Seman wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Money's closed guard. He's half up but Money has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Money pivots and extends the arm, Seman falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Money! Well done that man!
