Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Indiana Jones!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson clinches up against the cage.
Johnson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Johnson cracks Jones with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jones looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Johnson finish him?
Jones is rocked!
It looks like Indiana Jones has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Johnson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Johnson wants it to stay on the feet.
Johnson thumps Jones with a low kick.
Jones shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Johnson but Johnson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jones is looking to clinch but Johnson is avoiding it.

and Johnson counters with a double leg that slams his opponent to the canvas! Jones is in trouble here! Johnson pounds away until the ref steps in to end the bout!

In his post fight interview, Anthony Johnson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
