The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorkildsen thuds a left hand into Pudzianowska's body.
Pudzianowska looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Pudzianowska misses with an attempted mid kick.
Thorkildsen misses with a series of wild punches.
Thorkildsen closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Pudzianowska's guard.
Thorkildsen distracts Pudzianowska with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thorkildsen wants to control from the top but Pudzianowska keeps moving.
Thorkildsen works over Pudzianowska with some ground and pound from guard.
Pudzianowska is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Thorkildsen postures up and lands a big shot to Pudzianowska's brow.
Thorkildsen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Thorkildsen working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Pudzianowska's head.
Pudzianowska is rocked!
Thorkildsen gets to his feet and stands over Pudzianowska, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Pudzianowska felt that one! Thorkildsen unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Pudzianowska from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rolf Thorkildsen!
Rolf Thorkildsen tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
