Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ira Stein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Six Shooter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shooter comes into a darkened arena with his song building. DJ Antoine - Ma Cherie kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ira Stein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Six Shooter! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stein throws a series of punches but Shooter moves out of range. Stein fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Stein misses with a wild combination.
Ira Stein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stein throws a jab when Shooter was well out of range. Stein bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Six Shooter has been cut. Shooter takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. This has been an exciting period of action! Sloppy strikes from Stein. Those never looked like landing. Shooter avoids the body shot from Stein.
Stein throws a body punch but Shooter moves out of range. Stein takes a swing at Shooter's ribcage but misses. Stein misses with a wild combination.
A shot to the body from Stein misses and Shooter counters with a nice double leg into side control. Stein won't be happy with that. Stein seems a little lost for a moment, as Shooter dominates the positioning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shooter throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Shooter tries to move to mount but Stein blocks the move with his legs. Shooter cracks Stein with a big elbow. Stein knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Shooter on the ground. Shooter looks up at the clock and then as Stein takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Shooter smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Stein wants to control but Shooter postures up. Shooter tries to move to mount but Stein blocks the move with his legs. Shooter works to advance to full mount. Stein defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Shooter can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stein is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shooter putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Shooter misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Stein avoids a series of strikes thrown by Shooter.
Shooter throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Stein is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Stein in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Shooter looking to finish with strikes here!
BOOM! Shooter connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Stein that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Shooter landing punches. Shooter looking to ground and pound but Stein is blocking nicely. Shooter is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Stein can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Shooter with shots to the head and body - Stein looks very uncomfortable down there. Stein is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Stein is squirming around, avoiding Shooter's attempts to control the action. Poor strikes thrown by Shooter there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Shooter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Shooter raining down hammerfists from mount. Shooter postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Stein looks a forlorn figure.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stein holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Shooter tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Shooter throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Shooter thowing shots but they're missing. Shooter swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Six Shooter! An out of breath and clearly excited Six Shooter thanked Resistance for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
