The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenjahara blocks a head kick by Daikaura.
Daikaura keeps the fight on the outside.

and Daikaura counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Daikaura.
Daikaura breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Daikaura tries a head kick but it misses.
Kenjahara avoids the head kick by Daikaura.

Kenjahara misses with a takedown
and Daikaura counters with a stiff right hand.
Daikaura throws a series of punches but Kenjahara moves out of range.

and Daikaura counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Eiki Daikaura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Koji Kenjahara.
Daikaura lands a head kick. Kenjahara smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Daikaura throws a sloppy head kick and Kenjahara moves out of range easily.

Daikaura lands a big head kick that sends Kenjahara to the canvas! Daikaura follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
