Carwwin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Washington counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Carwwin!
Carwwin is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
It looks like Washington is going to stand back up.

Carwwin is trying to control but can't.
Washington has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Carwwin works to full guard.

and Washington counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Carwwin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Washington counters with a shoot takedown. Carwwin fights it but they end up in guard.
Washington wants to stand but Carwwin has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Carwwin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Washington's guard.
Carwwin drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Washington dives on top into guard.

Washington gets to his feet. Carwwin looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Washington walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Carwwin checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Carwwin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Washington sprawls well. Washington wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carwwin gets slowly back to his feet.
