Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nicholas J Mcgarry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgarry has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Nicholas J Mcgarry has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Teddy Lewis! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis forces Mcgarry back against the cage and clinches. Mcgarry gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Lewis regains guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Mcgarry drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lewis dives on top into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lewis slips nicely into half guard. Mcgarry is breathing heavily. Lewis moves into full mount! Mcgarry won't be happy about that! Lewis looking to control but Mcgarry is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Mcgarry is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Mcgarry suckers Lewis into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Mcgarry is now in Lewis's guard!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lewis is looking for a triangle but Mcgarry pushes his legs off easily.

Oh, that's unlucky for Mcgarry but great work by Lewis. Mcgarry gets back to half guard. Lewis wants to free his trapped foot but Mcgarry is holding on for dear life with his legs. Lewis is trying to control the action in half guard but Mcgarry is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mcgarry is looking for a sweep. Lewis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mcgarry is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lewis scores with a couple of nice shots. Mcgarry wants to improve his position but Lewis is controlling well.

That was a close round but I would say that Nicholas J Mcgarry will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Nicholas J Mcgarry's cut. That's time! Mcgarry's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mcgarry shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lewis's guard. Mcgarry is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lewis is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lewis has escaped and now he's on top! Lewis working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lewis slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Lewis trying to control but Mcgarry is working from the bottom. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lewis engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcgarry looking for a guillotine here but Lewis defends easily.
Mcgarry looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Lewis puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Lewis is just content to waste time from the top position. Mcgarry takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Lewis won't allow Mcgarry to sweep him here. Nicholas J Mcgarry overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lewis wants to stand but Mcgarry has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Mcgarry looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lewis has picked Mcgarry up and slammed him! Mcgarry can't keep hold of the triangle and Lewis manages to pass to side control! Lewis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Mcgarry on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Mcgarry might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lewis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Lewis lands a few punches from side control. The strikes coming from Lewis are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewis throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Mcgarry is trying to get back to half guard. Lewis trying to control the action but Mcgarry is working from the bottom. Mcgarry manages to get back to half guard. Lewis has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Lewis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mcgarry is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcgarry is trying desperately to improve position. Mcgarry is working hard here to advance position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lewis tries to control but Mcgarry wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Teddy Lewis will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Nicholas J Mcgarry's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Lewis is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mcgarry's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mcgarry's back! Mcgarry fending off the submission attempt from Lewis. Lewis is trying to stick to Mcgarry's back but Mcgarry is turning into Lewis. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Lewis's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Mcgarry.

Lewis stands and throws Mcgarry's legs to the side, diving into side control. Mcgarry is looking to regain half guard here but Lewis keeps moving and retains side control. Lewis wants to stand but Mcgarry is controlling his arm. Lewis is looking to take a break and control but Mcgarry is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mcgarry is trying to get back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The strikes coming from Lewis are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Mcgarry manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Mcgarry is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lewis defends it well. Mcgarry is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
