Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anders Halme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Halme might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Danzig - Mother. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anders Halme! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bubba Lynch! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Halme rushes Lynch and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Lynch is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Halme can't fight it off and eventually Lynch manages to take the fight to the floor. Halme looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Lynch trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Halme lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lynch! Lynch is looking to get to half guard. Halme can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lynch is looking to escape. Lynch is desperately trying to improve his position but Halme has a good base and remains in mount. Lynch is in a horrible position here. Halme smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Halme jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Lynch manages to avoid the submission attempt. Halme stands up and beckons Lynch to his feet. Lynch shoots in for a double leg but Halme sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Lynch changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Halme tries to avoid it but Lynch manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Halme to the ground. Halme escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lynch looks gassed! Halme has closed the distance and engaged Lynch in a clinch.
Lynch has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Halme is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Anders Halme has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bubba Lynch. Lynch has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lynch lands a couple of digs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lynch working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lynch stopping the sweep attempt from Halme.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lynch is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Lynch trying to control but Halme is working from the bottom. Halme is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Lynch throws a strike but Halme rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lynch trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Halme won't allow Lynch to sweep him here. Lynch throws some shots to the body, keeping his opponent honest.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anders Halme dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Halme tries to clinch up but Lynch circles away and keeps his distance. Halme fails with the takedown. Lynch closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lynch lands in his opponent's guard. Lynch trying to control but Halme is working from the bottom. Halme working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lynch. Halme is looking for a triangle but Lynch pushes his legs off easily.
Lynch throws and elbow that misses. Halme uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lynch's guard. Nice move by Halme! Halme trying to control the position from guard on top but Lynch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lynch looking for a sweep. Not yet Lynch, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halme trying to control but Lynch is working from the bottom. Lynch wants to improve his position but instead Halme has moved into half guard.
Lynch has one foot on Halme's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Halme scores with a takedown into Lynch's guard. Lynch is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lynch not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Halme is trying to control but can't.
Halme is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lynch is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Lynch is keen to just control but Halme is a slippery customer. Lynch working over Halme with some ground and pound. Halme looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Halme trying to control but Lynch postures up.
Halme is looking for a sweep. Lynch is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Lynch lands with a punch from half guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Lynch tries for a takedown but Halme circles away easily and Halme decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lynch's guard. Halme stands and throws Lynch's legs to the side, diving into side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Lynch is looking for a sweep. Halme advances to mount. Lynch tries to lock up and control but Halme gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Lynch is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Halme locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Lynch is forced to tap!
