Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jose Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rab Rehab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martinez comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling. Rehab is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: saturday nights alright for fighting. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rab Rehab!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Rehab.
Martinez misses the shot to the body.
Martinez tries to clinch but Rehab moves out of range.
Rehab takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Martinez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rehab was well out of range. Poor timing from Martinez.
Rehab is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Martinez.
Martinez closes the distance and clinches.
Rehab is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Martinez is keeping busy.
Martinez lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rehab backwards.
Martinez tries a body shot but Rehab blocks it.
Rehab manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Rehab is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Martinez is aware though and is defending well.
Martinez gets to his feet. Rehab looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Martinez dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rehab dips to his left and cracks Martinez with an uppercut!
Martinez lands with a good body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Martinez lands a head shot.
Rehab swings widly with a right hand
and Martinez connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rehab on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Martinez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rehab on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Martinez is looking to wear down Rehab with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Martinez cracks Rehab with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rehab is rocked!
Rehab looks up at the clock. Bad move! Martinez lands a right hand from hell, dropping Rehab. Martinez pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jose Martinez!
