Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monty Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ta Sau Sei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown's entrance music is Monster by Skillet. A fine choice. Sau Sei has chosen 周杰倫 - 青花瓷 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Monty Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ta Sau Sei! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sau Sei ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Brown ducks under a wild hook from Sau Sei. Brown shoots in but Sau Sei avoids the takedown attempt easily. Brown shoots in and drives through. Sau Sei sprawls well. Brown keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sau Sei. Brown steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sau Sei. Brown misses with an uppercut. Sau Sei saw that one coming. Sau Sei throws a big shot that misses. No luck with that takedown attempt from Brown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Monty Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sau Sei misses with a double jab.

and Sau Sei counters with a lovely straight right hand! Sau Sei waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Brown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown scores with a sloppy right hand. Sau Sei should have avoided that one. Sau Sei takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Brown throws out a loose jab but Sau Sei uses good head movement to avoid it. Brown fails with a takedown attempt. Brown wants to clinch up but Sau Sei keeps it at a distance. Sau Sei dodges the punch combination from Brown.
The fighters circling - Sau Sei throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Brown throws an off balance right hand
and Sau Sei counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Brown changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sau Sei looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Sau Sei avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Brown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown working the ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sau Sei is looking for a sweep. Brown has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Brown in side control, throwing shots but Sau Sei defends. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brown scoring with punches from side control. Brown wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sau Sei keeps working. Brown is working Sau Sei over with some ground and pound from side control. Brown sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Sau Sei is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Brown has hold of Sau Sei's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Sau Sei tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Brown cranks the arm and Sau Sei screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Sau Sei, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Monty Brown! Monty Brown made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I would like to thanks my opponent for his constant bragging, it keeps me motivated in training just so I can be even better.'.
