Galchenyuk tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Mendes counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Galchenyuk can't keep his opponent in guard - Mendes advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Mendes is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Mendes looking to isolate an arm here. Galchenyuk doesn't see it coming and as Mendes extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Mendes!
