0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mateusz Pizdowsky! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pizdowsky wants to clinch. Acosta scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Pizdowsky dives in and scores a takedown into Acosta's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pizdowsky trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Acosta wants to sweep but no luck. Pizdowsky in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Pizdowsky throwing strikes from guard but Acosta blocks nicely. Pizdowsky working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Acosta's head. Pizdowsky landing with the ground and pound. Pizdowsky landing some decent shots from guard. Pizdowsky connects with a couple of short punches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pizdowsky works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Acosta knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pizdowsky on the ground. Pizdowsky scoring with punches from side control. Pizdowsky has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Pizdowsky lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Pizdowsky in side control lands a decent elbow.

Pizdowsky immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Acosta is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Pizdowsky!
