Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Butter Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Default Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Butter Bean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Default Fighter!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean lands a nice shot to the body.
Fighter keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bean.

Bean has managed to clinch.
Fighter tries to score a body lock takedown but Bean shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Fighter pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fighter has Bean pulled in close to control his posture.
Fighter manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bean is trying desperately to improve position.
Fighter looking to control but Bean is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Fighter throwing strikes here but Bean is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Fighter jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bean is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bean and Fighter has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Bean is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Fighter is controlling him well.

Bean managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Fighter.
Fighter trying to control the action but Bean is working from the bottom.
Fighter lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Bean down.

Fighter tries for a kimura but Bean is defending well.
Bean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fighter on the ground.
Fighter is looking to take a break and control but Bean is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bean wants to get back to his feet.

Fighter looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Fighter looks gassed!
Bean isn't going anywhere.

Fighter thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bean tries to get back to half guard but can't.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bean wants to get back to his feet.
Fighter wants to control but Bean is keeping him busy.
You can see the frustration on Bean's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bean is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Bean has closed the distance and engaged Fighter in a clinch.
Fighter can't get the takedown.
Fighter prevents Bean from breaking the clinch.
Fighter tries to pull guard but Bean won't allow it.
Butter Bean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Default Fighter.
Fighter has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bean is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Bean throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fighters head.
Fighter keeps control of Bean as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Bean manages to break the clinch.
Fighter will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Bean misses with a jab, cross combination.

Bean rushes Fighter and presses him up against the cage.
Bean wants to get back to striking at distance but Fighter won't allow it.
Bean lands a left hand.
Bean is looking to break free of the clinch but Fighter has double underhooks.

Fighter can't get the takedown.
Bean lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Bean tries to break the clinch but Fighter is controlling the position.

Bean breaks the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Butter Bean will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action!

Fighter takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Fighter closes the distance and clinches up with Bean, looking for a takedown. Fighter pushes Bean against the cage but Bean circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Bean moves into range and clinches up with Fighter.

Bean breaks from the clinch.

Bean clinches.
Bean pushes Fighter back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Bean lands a right hand that snaps the head of Fighter backwards.
Bean is looking to break free of the clinch but Fighter has double underhooks.
Bean working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Fighter keeps control of Bean as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bean scores with a shot to the side of Fighter's head.

Bean escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bean goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Bean lands with a big left! Fighter is wobbled badly! Bean comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Fighter to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Butter Bean!
