Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima throws a quick inside leg kick.

Jiztzu swats away the attempt to clinch by Lima.

Jiztzu throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lima's waist but Lima gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jiztzu off to one side.

Lima lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Jiztzu closes the distance and clinches up with Lima, looking for a takedown. Jiztzu pushes Lima against the cage but Lima circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lima feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jiztzu's calf.

Jiztzu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lima as he avoids it easily.
Jiztzu has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lima.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lima tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Jiztzu jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lima walks away with a smile on his face. Jiztzu gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Lima throws a nice inside leg kick.

Lima turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Giu Jiztzu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jiztzu shoots in but no luck this time.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lima feints and then cracks Jiztzu's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jiztzu down.

Lima dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jiztzu. That did some damage!
Jiztzu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lima sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jiztzu somewhat.

Lima keeps Jiztzu at a distance using the push kick.
Jiztzu's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Lima throws a head kick but Jiztzu moves out of range.
Jiztzu shoots in looking for a takedown but Lima manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jiztzu's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lima moves into the clinch.

Jiztzu dives in and grabs Lima's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lima pushes down on Jiztzu's head and hops out.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Jiztzu.
Lima fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jiztzu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lima throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Lima throws a leg kick which misses Jiztzu's front leg but catches the back leg as Jiztzu tries to avoid it.

Lima throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Jiztzu takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jiztzu drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jiztzu thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alan Lima dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Jiztzu is trying for a kimura here. Lima looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Jiztzu wins by kimura!
