Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunn comes to the cage accompanied by Stranglehold- by Ted Nugent. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn punishes Daniels's body with a nice straight punch.
Gunn goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Jay Daniels has been cut.
Daniels tries to move into range but Gunn moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Kyle Gunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gunn dives in and grabs Daniels's left leg, looking for a takedown. Daniels pushes down on Gunn's head and hops out.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gunn darts in and clinches Daniels up against the cage.
Gunn drops Daniels onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Daniels is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Daniels is rocked!
Gunn creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Daniels's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Daniels drops to his knees and Gunn pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kyle Gunn!
After the fight, Kyle Gunn was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
