Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Rook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Trinckelton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rook's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Shinedown-Simple Man. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Will Rook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 14 - 1, fighting out of London, Tony Trinckelton! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rook avoids the body shot from Trinckelton.
Trinckelton ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Will Rook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rook moves out of range of the strikes. Trinckelton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A leg kick checked by Rook. Trinckelton avoids the body shot from Rook.
Trinckelton moves into the clinch successfully.
Trinckelton has had enough of the clinch but Rook keeps him there for the moment. Trinckelton avoids the elbow strike from Rook, against the cage.
Rook displaying some good clinch control by pressing Trinckelton up against the cage. Trinckelton is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Rook is defending well. Rook using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Trinckelton has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Rook. Trinckelton has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Rook is trying to keep an underhook but Trinckelton manages to get the takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Trinckelton missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Trinckelton throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Trinckelton thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rook's head. Trinckelton thows a huge punch but Rook dodges it nicely.
Trinckelton seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rook does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Trinckelton is trying to control the action in half guard but Rook is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Trinckelton not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Trinckelton looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rook with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Trinckelton is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Rook still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Rook has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Rook in side control lands a decent elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trinckelton takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Trinckelton is looking for a sweep. Rook prevents Trinckelton from escaping the position. Rook controls the position from side control. Rook is looking to take a break and control but Trinckelton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Trinckelton dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Trinckelton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rook manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Trinckelton displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rook throws out the jab. Rook tries to keep at a distance but Trinckelton has taken the fight into the clinch. Trinckelton avoids a wild elbow strike from Rook. Rook has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Rook. Rook tries a body shot but Trinckelton blocks it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Trinckelton has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Rook regains guard immediately. Rook might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Trinckelton throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Tony Trinckelton has got the better of the ground game so far. Trinckelton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rook swivels though and keeps the full guard. Rook working a defensive guard here.

He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Trinckelton throws a big right hand that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trinckelton keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rook's head. Rook is adopting a defensive guard. Trinckelton pushing down on Rook's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trinckelton wants to control from the top but Rook keeps moving. Trinckelton is looking to work some ground and pound but Rook has wrist control. Rook utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Trinckelton throws a big right hand that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Trinckelton accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Trinckelton is looking to work some ground and pound but Rook has wrist control. Trinckelton wants to pass the guard but Rook is keeping the position. Trinckelton slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Rook managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Trinckelton.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Trinckelton goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Rook rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Trinckelton's guard! Nice work there by Rook! Rook works over Trinckelton with some ground and pound from guard. Rook swings for the body but Trinckelton moves out of range.
Trinckelton wants to clinch. Trinckelton tests Rook's chin there with a solid looking shot. Rook slips under a jab from Trinckelton. Trinckelton throws a right and a left that Rook avoids nicely. Rook avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rook tries to close the distance and clinch but Trinckelton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Trinckelton tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Rook looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Rook misses with a series of wild punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. A big left from Trinckelton misses. Trinckelton looks to land a combination but Rook avoids it well. Trinckelton takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Trinckelton throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Rook lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Trinckelton at a distance.
Trinckelton misses with a hook. Rook ducked under it nicely. Rook clinches. Trinckelton tries for a takedown but Rook manages to get underhooks.
Trinckelton takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Rook takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Rook trying to land knees to the body.
Rook misses with a hook from the clinch. Rook is defending well against a takedown attempt. Trinckelton tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rook smiles and moves away.
Will Rook has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Will Rook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Trinckelton.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rook is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rook takes one to the chin there. Tony Trinckelton is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rook throws a head kick that misses. Will Rook is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A punch combination from Rook misses. Trinckelton throws a right hand that Rook ducks under and follows up with a left that Rook also avoids with ease. Trinckelton thuds a left hand into Rook's body. Trinckelton fails with an attempt to clinch.

Rook takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Rook defending well as Trinckelton loads up on a big left hand. Rook is looking to slow Trinckelton down with leg kicks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rook throws a sloppy head kick and Trinckelton moves out of range easily. Rook lands a right hook to the body.
Trinckelton misses with an uppercut. Trinckelton fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Trinckelton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rook manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Tony Trinckelton is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Good shot there by Rook. Rook tries to clinch up but Trinckelton circles away and keeps his distance. Trinckelton bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Rook's head. Jab, jab by Rook - just one landing. Trinckelton tried to score with a low kick but Rook checks it. Rook misses with a wild body shot. Rook looks to land a body kick but Trinckelton moved away. Trinckelton looks to score with a jab to the body but Rook is just out of range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rook tries to clinch up but Trinckelton circles away and keeps his distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rook waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Trinckelton. Trinckelton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rook tries to avoid it but Trinckelton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rook to the ground. Rook escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rook is looking to wear down Trinckelton with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Rook swings away with a leg kick that misses. Rook doesn't manage to clinch there - Trinckelton circles away.

The crowd cheers as Rook lands an impressive looking overhand right. Trinckelton doesn't seem phased though. Rook throws a sloppy head kick and Trinckelton moves out of range easily. Trinckelton moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Rook fakes the leg kick and cracks Trinckelton in the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Trinckelton lands with a nice combination. Rook backs away looking to recover. Rook pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Will Rook. I think Trinckelton has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Tony Trinckelton! In his post fight interview, Tony Trinckelton started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
