Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Hornet Ghost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reinhart Vult (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ghost comes to the ring accompanied by Kickboxer. Vult has chosen War Machine by KISS as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hornet Ghost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Reinhart Vult!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ghost misses with a shot to the body
and Vult counters with a three punch combo that has Ghost backing up. Ghost nods at Vult to acknowledge the strikes.
Vult is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ghost swats away the attempt to clinch by Vult.
Vult lands a nice hook to Ghost's body. Ghost takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ghost rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Vult counters with an outside leg kick.
Ghost takes a swing at Vult's ribcage but misses.
Ghost avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vult darts in and clinches Ghost up against the ropes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vult is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Ghost paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ghost throws a good cross that connects.
Ghost keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Vult tries a knee to the head but Ghost blocks it.
With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Vult just misses with a elbow thrown towards Ghost's brow.
Vult is trying to break the clinch but Ghost is controlling him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Reinhart Vult will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

A nice inside leg kick there by Ghost. That's going to slow Vult down.
Ghost throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vult sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Vult tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ghost paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Ghost takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vult is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Vult fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ghost looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ghost lands a right hook to the body.

Ghost swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ghost swings for the body but Vult moves out of range.
Ghost avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vult fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ghost missing with a left hand there. Vult was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Vult throws a sloppy head kick and Ghost moves out of range easily.

Vult tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ghost swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Vult has a couple of punches blocked by Ghost.
Vult wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ghost has him pressed against the ropes.
Vult tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ghost's elbow.

The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.

Ghost prevents a body shot from Vult.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Vult tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ghost was well out of range. Poor timing from Vult.
Vult takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ghost feints and then cracks Vult's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vult down.

BAM! Ghost delivers a spinning backfist that drops Vult like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Hornet Ghost!
Hornet Ghost bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
