Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between JB Baird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Angel Jones!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Jones misses.
Nice takedown defense from Baird. No joy for Jones on that attempt.
Jones tries to clinch
and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Angel Jones has been cut.
Baird lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jones backs up against the cage.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones swats away the attempt to clinch by Baird.
Baird has closed the distance and engaged Jones in a clinch.
Baird is looking to break free of the clinch but Jones has double underhooks.
Jones manages to pull guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Baird trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Baird stops Jones from standing up.
Baird stands and throws Jones's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Jones manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Jones looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Baird with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Jones not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Jones lands with a punch from half guard.
Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Baird does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Baird really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jones scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Baird is staying active underneath Jones, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Jones tries to pass the half guard into mount. Baird knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Baird tries to roll over but Jones keeps him under control.

Jones seems to be looking for submissions.

Baird is defending against the submission attempts here by Jones.
Jones passes to side control.
Jones with the ground and pound but Baird regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

Baird really wants to buck Jones off and get back to his feet.
Baird is breathing heavily.

Jones with shots to the head and body - Baird looks very uncomfortable down there.
Baird is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Jones has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jones wants to finish this one by submission but Baird is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Jones.
Jones landing strikes from the mount and Baird is in trouble!
Baird is rocked!
A big strike lands for Jones! That's really hurt Baird and he's turned his back - Jones keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Jones jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
