Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pi Ling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gotta Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hard has chosen Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard keeps the fight on the outside.

Ling closes the distance and clinches.
Ling taking a breather.
Hard has had enough of the clinch but Ling keeps him there for the moment.
Ling keeps control of Hard as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Ling lands a shot to the body.
Ling has Hard pressed against the cage, preventing Hard from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hard is looking to break free of the clinch but Ling has double underhooks.
Hard lands a body punch in the clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Ling.

It looks like Gotta Hard has been cut.
Hard is looking to break free of the clinch but Ling has double underhooks.
Hard is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Ling is defending well.
Hard is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ling gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Ling keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hard's efforts to push away.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Ling.

Ling has picked Hard up - he's going for a ride! Ling dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Ling landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Hard avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Ling.
Hard blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ling.
Ling winds up and cracks Hard with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Ling wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hard keeps working.

Hard has hold of Ling's hands but Ling slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Ling working over Hard with some ground and pound. Hard looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Ling takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Ling is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hard is trying to stand up here but Ling is controlling him well.
Hard looks winded!
Ling is nestled in close to Hard, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Hard is defending against the submission attempts here by Ling.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ling working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Ling winds up and cracks Hard with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Ling passes the guard and advances to mount!

Ling jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hard is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hard and Ling has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Check out the look on Ling's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Ling lands a decent elbow from side control.
Ling creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hard takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Hard is rocked!

Ling scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Hard is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Ling can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
