Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Jaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Rooney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rooney has chosen Belfast Boy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rooney looks up at the clock and then as Jaa takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Rooney smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Jaa is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Rooney has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Rooney is looking to take a break and control but Jaa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Jaa tries to escape but Rooney is in control.

Rooney is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jaa's half guard.
Rooney wants to pass the guard but Jaa is defending well.

Rooney seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
