Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Birdman Lugz!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lugz on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Lugz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Says.
Says connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lugz momentarily.
Lugz closes the distance looking to clinch
and Says counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Says.
Says breaks from the clinch.
Says fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Says fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lugz avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Simon Says. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Says closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lugz circles away.
Lugz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Lugz as Says shoots in.
Says throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lugz shoots in looking for a takedown but Says manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lugz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Says drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Says working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Says thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Says tries for a kimura but Lugz is defending well.
Says looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Lugz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Says. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Says working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Says tries for a kimura but Lugz is defending well.
Says has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lugz is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Says yanks on the arm and Lugz is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Says.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Simon Says!
Simon Says gave a mention to AMPLIFY in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
