Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Hades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hades's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bon Jovi: Wanted Dead Or Alive. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sam Hades! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, David Johnson! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson needs to keep his hands up - Hades had a free shot at his head there. Sam Hades seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hades misses the jab. Johnson walks into a straight right hand from Hades. Hades connects with a right hand. Johnson shakes it off. Hades misses with a two punch combination.
Nice straight punches there by Hades. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hades. Johnson checks a low kick from Hades. Johnson scores with the left hand. Hades knows he should have avoided that one. Johnson ducks right into an uppercut from Hades. Hades scores with a decent looking hook. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hades moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Hades fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hades throws a hook but Johnson avoids it easily. Johnson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's one minute gone in the round. A jab from Hades finds it's way through Johnson's defenses. Jab by Hades. Johnson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Nice takedown defense from Johnson. No joy for Hades on that attempt. Hades looks to land a combination. Johnson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Hades scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. The ground and pound from Hades seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hades. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hades landing strikes. Hades has knee on belly and moves into mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Johnson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hades cracks Johnson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Hades working away from the top, dropping strikes. Hades has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Johnson avoids a series of strikes thrown by Hades.
Hades prevents Johnson from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hades trying to control but he's not successful this time. Hades scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Johnson is rocked! Johnson takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Hades's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
