The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Wladimir Gilkov has been cut.
Eyedreamof Blackbelt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gilkov has Blackbelt pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Gilkov pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Blackbelt tumbling to the mat - Gilkov dives into Blackbelt's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Blackbelt has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
