Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson fails with the takedown.
Dead avoids a punch combination nicely.
Dead fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Dead displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Anderson.
Anderson misses with a head kick.
Anderson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dead tries to avoid it but Anderson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dead to the ground. Dead escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rar Dead has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ian Anderson.

Dead throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Anderson's waist but Anderson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dead off to one side.

Anderson shoots in looking for a takedown. Dead tries to sprawl out of it but Anderson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dead manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dead has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Anderson after a bit of a struggle.

Anderson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dead's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dead will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dead shoots for a double leg takedown but Anderson sprawls well. He's pushed Dead's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Anderson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dead sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Anderson somewhat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horrible takedown by Anderson or perhaps it was just good defense by Dead which made him look bad.

Anderson is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Dead will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Anderson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Anderson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dead doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dead manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
