Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Namba Babakla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gotrek Felix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Felix lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Babakla sprawling to the canvas. Felix follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Babakla hang on?

It looks like Namba Babakla has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Babakla is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Felix's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Felix's back!
Babakla struggling to land strikes to the head as Felix covers up.
Babakla keeps control of the position as Felix tries to break free.
Felix is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Babakla has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Babakla tries to get the hooks in deep but Felix pushed the leg off.
You can see the frustration on Felix's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Babakla gets his hands free as Felix looks to control.

Felix rolls, trying to escape but Babakla keeps control of the position.

Babakla is riding his opponent, not letting Felix buck him off.

Babakla is working the ground and pound. Can Felix escape?

Felix is taking damage to the body and head.
Felix trying to control but not successfully.
Babakla controlling well, preventing Felix from escaping the position.
Felix trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Even with his hooks in, Babakla manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Babakla is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Felix has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Felix won't enjoy being in this position. Babakla looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Felix is tapping - it's over boys! Babakla picks up the submission victory!
