The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alkofer shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Arizona napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Alkofer working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Alkofer throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Arizona works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Alkofer is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Arizona sees it coming and defends easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Alkofer is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
