Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jason McNeil!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from McNeil misses.
McNeil misses with a kick to the body.
McNeil tries to score with a low kick but Kai moves his leg out of the way.
McNeil shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kai but Kai pushes him off and we're back to square one.
McNeil throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McNeil misses with a series of wild punches.
McNeil displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McNeil rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kai moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McNeil throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McNeil misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kai.
McNeil tries to clinch but Kai moves out of range.
McNeil throws a right hand that Kai ducks under and follows up with a left that Kai also avoids with ease.
McNeil waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Kai.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McNeil drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Kai wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
McNeil wants to control from the top but Kai keeps moving.
McNeil stands and steps away. Kai gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
McNeil throws a hook but Kai avoids it easily.
McNeil throws a right and a left that Kai avoids nicely.
McNeil uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
McNeil misses with a two punch combination.
Jason McNeil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McNeil will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McNeil misses with a jab, cross combination.
McNeil connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kai. Kai circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kai avoids the head kick by McNeil.
McNeil closes the distance and clinches up with Kai, looking for a takedown. McNeil pushes Kai against the cage but Kai circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
McNeil misses with a double jab.
McNeil throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kai walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Kai slips a jab from McNeil.
McNeil tries to bum rush Kai with a series of wild strikes but Kai uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
McNeil shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McNeil frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Kai looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
McNeil is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Kai won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips McNeil off his unconscious opponent!
