Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Filmollic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darrel Digre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Digre is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Zuco 103 - Treasure. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filmollic clinches.
Filmollic has Digre pressed against the cage.
Digre wants to break the clinch but can't.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Digre wants to get back to striking at distance but Filmollic won't allow it.
Filmollic keeps control of Digre as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Digre controls Filmollic momentarily but Filmollic frees himself.
Digre looking to hit a scissor sweep but Filmollic is one step ahead there.
Digre working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Filmollic doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Filmollic manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Filmollic has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Digre is looking to sweep but instead, Filmollic has passed into half guard.
Digre works his way to full guard. Good work.
Digre is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Filmollic not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Filmollic slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Digre throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Filmollic looking to sit in guard and control but Digre gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Filmollic keeping moving, preventing Digre from controlling successfully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Darrel Digre will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Filmollic uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Digre.
The fighters circling - Digre throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Filmollic displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Digre throws out the jab.

and Filmollic counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Digre had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Filmollic is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Digre Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Filmollic's back instead.

Digre wants to control but Filmollic manages to buck him off and is now in Digre's guard! Nice work there by Filmollic!
Digre isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Filmollic stacks Digre on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Filmollic!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Filmollic avoids the attempt from Digre to control.
Digre is working to get back to half guard.

Filmollic is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Digre is surviving well by controlling Filmollic's body position as best he can.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Digre regains half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Filmollic prevents Digre from improving his position.
Digre looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Digre gets back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Filmollic dominated that second round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Filmollic just misses with a punch to the body.
Filmollic bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Digre gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Filmollic counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Digre's guard now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Filmollic seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Digre looking to control.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Digre escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Filmollic gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Digre lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Filmollic!
Filmollic takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Digre is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Filmollic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Digre misses with a takedown
enabling Filmollic to counter with a crisp jab.
Nice takedown defense from Digre. No joy for Filmollic on that attempt.
Digre throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Digre ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Filmollic moves away.
Digre feints and as Filmollic raises his hands in defense, Digre changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ben Filmollic overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Digre advances position into side control!

Digre content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Digre working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Digre tries for a kimura but Filmollic is defending well.

Digre decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Darrel Digre comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Digre has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
