Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Veldrane Sengir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veldrane Sengir has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Veldrane Sengir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 41 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesse Hall!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Hall.

Sengir feints and as Hall raises his hands in defense, Sengir changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Hall has his feet on Sengir's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
A combination from Hall does no damage.
Sengir slips under a jab.
Hall misses with a hook
and Sengir counters with a left and a right that stings Hall.
Sengir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hall tries to avoid it but Sengir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hall to the ground. Hall escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sengir drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Sengir looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Hall is trying to improve his position.

Sengir swings around for an armbar but Hall sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Sengir's guard.
Hall wanted to stand there but Sengir had control of the position.
Hall pushing down on Sengir's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Hall wants to stand but Sengir has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Sengir works his way to full guard. Good work.
Hall tries to free his leg and advance position but Sengir is retaining full guard.

Hall wants to stand and escape but instead Sengir has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Sengir drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hall dives on top into guard.
Sengir will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hall stands and throws Sengir's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hall wants to stand but Sengir is controlling his arm.
Hall tries to stand but Sengir controls the position and pulls Hall into his guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hall postures up.
Sengir utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Sengir has a closed guard, preventing Hall from standing up.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hall trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Sengir manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sengir trying to control the position from guard on top but Hall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hall bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sengir's guard.
Hall wanted to stand there but Sengir had control of the position.

Hall gets to his feet - Sengir follows without any prompting.

Sengir steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hall.
Hall misses with a looping right.
Sengir fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hall scores with a jab to the head.
Sengir tries to clinch but Hall is having none of it.
Hall digs a good hook to Sengir's body.
Sloppy strikes from Hall. Those never looked like landing.
Hall takes a swing at Sengir's ribcage but misses.
Jesse Hall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sengir shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hall is trying to defend but Sengir finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hall regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Sengir.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hall is doing well to control the position and prevent Sengir from advancing to side control.

Jesse Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hall lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A swing and a miss from Hall.
Sengir takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Sengir shoots in for a takedown but Hall shows good takedown defense.

Hall misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hall throws a hook but Sengir avoids it easily.

Sengir drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Hall throws a right and a left that Sengir avoids nicely.
