Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Solomon Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins has chosen Gogol Bordello - Wonderlust King as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Solomon Jenkins will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Collins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Solomon Jenkins! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Collins lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Jenkins throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Collins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jenkins throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Collins. Jenkins scores with a one two! Collins had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jenkins scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Collins shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jenkins sprawls well. Jenkins wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Collins gets slowly back to his feet. Nice jab there from Collins. Collins misses with a right hand enabling Jenkins to counter with a crisp jab. Collins connects with a nice looking jab.
Jenkins fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Collins. Jenkins lands with an overhand left. Jenkins on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Fred Collins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jenkins throws a sloppy head kick and Collins moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins tests Collins's chin there with a solid looking shot. Collins will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Collins moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Collins takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Jenkins tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Collins was well out of range. Poor timing from Jenkins. Jenkins lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Collins misses with a straight right. Collins swings widly with a right hand
and Collins takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Collins is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Collins lands with a right hand. Collins misses with a double jab
and Jenkins counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Oh Collins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Collins throws a nice looking combination but Jenkins bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Collins seems to have got his legs back now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Collins throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jenkins. Jenkins works Collins's body with a nice hook. Jenkins throws out a powerful jab. Jenkins punishes Collins's body with a nice straight punch. Collins misses with an uppercut. Collins waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Jenkins. Jenkins connects with the punch. Collins throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jenkins sees it coming and avoids it easily. Collins misses with a left hand and Jenkins counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Jenkins drops Collins with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Collins looks back up at him and smiles so Jenkins waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Jenkins slips a jab from Collins. Jenkins swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fred Collins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Collins misses with a left hand and Jenkins counters with a right hand to the body. Jenkins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jenkins looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Collins! Collins is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Collins is not content to let Jenkins control the position. Jenkins landing strikes. Collins is pushing Jenkins's head away, looking to escape. Jenkins manages to hold on to the position though. Jenkins tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Jenkins is looking to take a break and control but Collins is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins controlling the position. Jenkins working the ground and pound but Collins is defending the strikes. Collins might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Collins wants to get back to his feet but Jenkins drags him back down. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Solomon Jenkins dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Collins throws the left hand but Jenkins avoids the punch easily. Collins closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Collins is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Jenkins connects with a jab. Collins misses with a body shot.
Collins tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jenkins was well out of range. Poor timing from Collins. Jenkins lands a jab to the head.
Fred Collins is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Collins scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Jenkins is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Jenkins uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Collins. Nice uppercut there from Jenkins. This has been an exciting period of action! Jenkins bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Collins's head backwards. That kick from Jenkins tenderised Collins's leg. Collins is trying to keep his angry face on. Collins tries to move into range but Jenkins moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Jenkins throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Collins stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Collins throws a jab but it's blocked by Jenkins. Collins takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. No joy there for Collins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Collins looks to land a left hand but Jenkins moved out of range nicely. Jenkins sends Collins crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jenkins is motioning to the referee to let Collins up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Collins misses with an uppercut
and Jenkins counters with a good low kick that Collins was not able to check. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jenkins feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Collins sprawling to the canvas! Collins rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jenkins finish him?!
Solomon Jenkins seems to be getting the better of the standup. Jenkins throws an overhand right that drops Collins like a sack of potatoes! Jenkins dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
