Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Donald Trieds!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barca scores with a decent looking hook.
Barca tries to bum rush Trieds with a series of wild strikes but Trieds uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Trieds gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Trieds is trying to pull guard but Barca turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Trieds has Barca pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Barca manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Trieds pulls guard effortlessly.
Barca wants to control from the top but Trieds keeps moving.
Barca would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Barca knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trieds on the ground.
Trieds is adopting a defensive guard.

Trieds's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Trieds fails with a takedown attempt.
Hannibal Barca has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Trieds.
Barca looks to land a left hand but Trieds moved out of range nicely.
Barca is looking to clinch.
Barca circles away from the clinch attempt.
Trieds misses with a head kick.
Barca misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Barca leaves Trieds with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Barca bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Barca circles away from the clinch attempt.
Barca ducks under a wild hook from Trieds.
Trieds misses with the combination.
Trieds doesn't manage to clinch there - Barca circles away.
Barca dips to his left and cracks Trieds with an uppercut!
Trieds wants to clinch.
Trieds changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barca tries to avoid it but Trieds manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barca to the ground. Barca escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hannibal Barca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Trieds on the wrong end of a nice hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Trieds throws a push kick but Barca slaps the foot to one side.
Barca dips to his left and cracks Trieds with an uppercut!

Trieds showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Barca.
Barca walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Trieds checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Barca throws a sloppy head kick and Trieds moves out of range easily.
Trieds takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Barca lands with a straight right. Trieds didn't see that one coming.
Barca ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Trieds looks winded!

Trieds is rocked!
Barca lands a big right hook! Trieds looks hurt but is still standing! Barca lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Trieds falls down and Barca dives in with a huge hammer fist! Trieds's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Barca runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

After winning the bout, Hannibal Barca thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
