Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicholas J Mcgarry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Teddy Lewis! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Nicholas J Mcgarry! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis gets caught flat footed, as Mcgarry shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Mcgarry stands and throws Lewis's legs to the side, diving into side control. Mcgarry tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mcgarry has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Mcgarry thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Mcgarry goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lewis rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Mcgarry's guard! Nice work there by Lewis! Lewis has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Mcgarry is proving hard to escape from. Lewis wants to control from the top but Mcgarry keeps moving.

Mcgarry bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lewis's guard. Mcgarry drops back looking for a leg! Lewis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lewis manages to kick Mcgarry off! Mcgarry jumps back into Lewis's guard. Mcgarry is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lewis is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lewis has escaped and now he's on top! Lewis avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mcgarry working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lewis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lewis manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mcgarry tries to land a sweep but no joy. Lewis trying to control but Mcgarry is working from the bottom. Mcgarry escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lewis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lewis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mcgarry has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lewis has managed to get both his arms back between Mcgarry's legs - danger averted.

Lewis escapes and throws Mcgarry's legs to the side, diving into side control! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mcgarry tries to bench press Lewis off him but Lewis keeps the position. Mcgarry is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lewis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mcgarry keeping moving, preventing Lewis from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nicholas J Mcgarry showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Lewis closes the distance and pushes Mcgarry back into the cage. Mcgarry gets a trip takedown into half guard. Mcgarry is working for a kimura but Lewis is defending it quite comfortably.
Lewis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mcgarry is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Lewis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcgarry keeps working. Mcgarry is looking to reverse the position. Mcgarry sneaks back into half guard. Mcgarry is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lewis's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lewis's back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lewis is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Mcgarry is looking for the choke from the back position but Lewis is controlling his hands well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mcgarry is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Mcgarry has got one arm under Lewis's chin. This could be trouble... Lewis trying to control the other hand but Mcgarry gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Lewis has tapped out! The fight is over!
