Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Julius Peppers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esteban Delgado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peppers comes to the cage accompanied by Day N Nite-Kid Cudi. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 16 - 2, fighting out of New York, Julius Peppers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Esteban Delgado!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Delgado closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Peppers is looking to improve his position.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Delgado has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Delgado and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close round but I would say that Julius Peppers will probably get the nod.
