The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decry throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Marley sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Marley avoids a punch combination nicely.
Marley tries to clinch up
enabling Decry to counter with a crisp jab.
Decry avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Marley moves into the clinch.
Decry swings wildly with an uppercut but Marley uses good head movement to avoid it.

Marley gets control of Decry's arms and successfully pulls guard. Marley will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Marley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Decry gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Marley manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That was a close round but I would say that Dante Decry will probably get the nod.

Decry is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Marley can't fight it off and eventually Decry manages to take the fight to the floor. Marley looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Marley throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Decry escapes and throws Marley's legs to the side, diving into side control!
