The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Gomez - that will leave a mark!
Gomez avoids the body shot from Munoz.
Munoz throws a leg kick but Gomez sees it coming and moves out of range.
Gomez misses with a head kick.
Gomez walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Munoz checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Munoz fails with a takedown attempt.
No luck for Munoz with that takedown attempt.
Munoz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gomez can pounce on him.
Munoz looks for a takedown but Gomez sprawls well.

Gomez lands a head kick. Munoz smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Gomez tries to work over Munoz's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Gomez presses Munoz against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Gomez lands a right hand that snaps the head of Munoz backwards.

Munoz's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Munoz wants a takedown but no success here.
Gomez cracks Munoz with a nice body shot.
Gomez lands a good knee to the midsection. Munoz won't want to take too many of those.
Munoz is breathing heavily.
Gomez lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Gomez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Gomez lands a nice leg kick that just misses Munoz's sensitive parts.
Gomez looks to score with a jab to the body but Munoz is just out of range.
Good leg kick by Gomez there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gomez feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Munoz's calf.
Munoz takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Gomez delivers a nice body kick.
Gomez bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Munoz's head backwards.
Munoz is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gomez lands with a slapping head kick.
Munoz is rocked!
Gaspar Gomez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Munoz walks straight into a right hand from Gomez - that's dropped him! Gomez jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Munoz from any more punishment! Munoz complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
