Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JB Denn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jacob Bone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, JB Denn! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bone showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Denn.
Denn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Denn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bone at a distance.
Bone feints and then cracks Denn's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Denn down. Denn keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bone. Bone misses with a combination
and Denn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Bone misses with a body kick. Bone throws a left and a right that both miss
and Denn counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bone decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bone is working for a kimura but Denn is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bone prevents Denn from improving his position. The fighters are battling for position here. Denn manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bone pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Denn is keeping the position for now. Bone trying to control the position from guard on top but Denn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Denn keeping full guard, as Bone tries to pass. Denn keeping moving, preventing Bone from controlling successfully.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A head kick misses from Bone. Denn bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Bone has his takedown stuffed letting Denn counter with a right hand. Bone is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bone misses with a combination
and Denn counters with a right hand to the body. Denn lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bone's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Bone duly obliges. Bone closes the distance looking to clinch and Denn counters with a takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Denn working the head with strikes. Bone tries to get back to half guard but can't. Denn looks up at the clock and then as Bone takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Denn smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Bone is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Denn off and has taken his back! Denn tries to break free.
Bone wants to control but Denn is keeping busy. Denn is trying to break free.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Denn trying to control but not successfully. You can see the frustration on Denn's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Denn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Denn is squirming around, avoiding Bone's attempts to control the action. Bone scoring with strikes but Denn is staying in there. Bone can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Denn is looking to escape. Denn is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Denn sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Denn gets full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
JB Denn dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Denn wants to land a leg kick but Bone is out of range. Bone falls off balance throwing a combination
and Denn counters with a lovely straight right hand! Denn throws a one two combo.

and Denn counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Denn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Denn throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Denn trying to control but Bone is working from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Denn advances to half guard. Denn passes to full mount! Bone working to try and regain half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Denn has hold of Bone's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Bone manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's one minute gone in the round. Denn with the ground and pound from mount. Denn in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Denn postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bone looks a forlorn figure.

Bone is desperately trying to improve his position but Denn has a good base and remains in mount. Denn landing strikes, looking to finish! Bone tries to hold on but Denn postures up. Denn lands a heavy elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bone is in all sorts of trouble here.
Denn is landing with some decent strikes but Bone is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Bone sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Bone pushes Denn off and gets back to his feet. Bone misses with a double jab
and Denn counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bone works his way to full guard. Good work. Bone is pulling down on Denn's head to control his posture. Denn loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Denn is in close to Bone's body, working some short punches and elbows. Denn stands and throws Bone's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bone takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Bone is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Denn off and has taken his back! Denn wants to control his opponent's hands but Bone gets his hands free. I really don't envy Denn right now.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Bone. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

Bone lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Denn trying to control the hands but Bone breaks the grip. Bone is trying to stick to Denn's back but Denn is turning into Bone. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bone's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Denn. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bone is on top in guard.
Bone wants to stand but Denn is controlling his posture from full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Denn scores with a nice shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
JB Denn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Denn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Denn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Denn misses with a takedown attempt and Bone counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Denn thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Denn avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bone passes Denn's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Bone passes the guard and advances to mount! Denn prevents Bone from taking his back. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bone throwing strikes here but Denn is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bone sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bone is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Denn is surviving well by controlling Bone's body position as best he can. Bone controlling his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bone's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Denn taking shots to the head. Denn has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Bone looking for the RNC. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Denn tries to roll but Bone sticks to his back.
Denn is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Bone is not going to allow Denn to sit and survive in this position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Denn shoots in but Bone avoids the takedown attempt easily. Jacob Bone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JB Denn. Bone darts in trying to clinch and Bone takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Denn shoots and misses and Bone moves into the clinch. Bone lands with a left to the head. Denn is trying to break the clinch but Bone has him pressed against the cage. Jacob Bone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Denn manages to break the clinch.
Denn misses with a wild combination.
Denn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bone tries to avoid it but Denn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bone to the ground. Bone escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Denn scores with a body shot.
Denn throws a push kick but Bone slaps the foot to one side. Bone doesn't succeed with the takedown and Denn counters with a lovely straight right hand!
And that's the end of the fight! Jacob Bone showed his dominance in that final round. I think Denn has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
