Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Van Damme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damme's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Fight to Survive. The crowd seem to be enjoying Doe's choice of entrance music: How could I just kill a man. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
19 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Van Damme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Doe!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe misses with a body kick.
Damme fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Doe checks it well.
Doe takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A bone on bone clash there as Doe blocks the leg kick.
Damme throws a nice head kick!
Damme misses with a low kick as Doe jumps back.
Damme scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Damme moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Doe checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Doe throws a right hand that misses
and Damme counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Doe tries to clinch but Damme is having none of it.
Damme thumps Doe with a low kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Doe takes one to the side of the head.
Doe misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Damme, right into the meat.

Damme feints and then cracks Doe's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Doe down.
Damme throws a quick inside leg kick.
Damme looks for the body kick but Doe saw that one coming.
A low kick from Damme misses
and Doe counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice uppercut there from Damme.
Doe is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Damme listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Doe takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Doe lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Damme circles away quickly and effectively.
Damme throws a chopping leg kick but Doe manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Jab, jab by Damme - just one landing.
Doe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Damme fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Doe.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Damme tries to score with a low kick but Doe moves his leg out of the way.
Doe ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Damme.
Doe avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A clash of legs there as Doe blocks the low kick.
Doe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Damme throws out the jab.
Damme is looking to slow Doe down with leg kicks.
Doe avoids a kick to the body.
Damme wants to land a leg kick but Doe is out of range.
Doe throws an overhand right that lands on Damme's shoulder, as Damme tries to avoid the shot.
Damme throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A nice inside leg kick there by Damme. That's going to slow Doe down.
Doe's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Damme lands a jab to the nose.
Damme throws a big shot that misses.
Doe takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Doe stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Damme.
Damme is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Doe scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Damme throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Damme tries to keep at a distance but Doe has taken the fight into the clinch.
Doe is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Damme is defending well for now.
Doe can't find room to land a body shot as Damme controls the action.
Doe misses with a punch to the body.
A hook to the body from Damme.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Damme tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Doe avoids it.
Doe's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Damme tries to break free but Doe pushes him back against the cage.

Damme misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Doe.
Doe stalls.
Damme pushes off an throws an elbow but Doe leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Damme misses with a punch to the body.
Damme lands a hook to the side of the head.
Damme lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
A short left from Damme.
Doe looks winded!
Damme misses with a knee strike.
Damme with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Doe throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Damme breaks from the clinch.
Damme throws a leg kick which misses Doe's front leg but catches the back leg as Doe tries to avoid it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Damme throws a leg kick but Doe sees it coming and moves out of range.
Doe gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Doe throws a left and a right that both miss
and Damme counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Van Damme dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
An inside leg kick lands from Damme.
Damme throws a shot from downtown. Doe moves away and avoids it.
Damme gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Damme creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Doe lands a nice shot to the body.
Doe has a couple of punches blocked by Damme.
Doe dodges an elbow strike from Damme.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Damme tries to throw a body punch but Doe avoids it by throwing Damme back against the cage.
Doe wants to break the clinch but can't.
Damme tries to work over Doe's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Damme misses with an elbow over the top.
A head punch on the inside from Damme fails to land.
Damme working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Doe blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Damme lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Doe is breathing heavily.
Damme lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Doe backwards.

Doe swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Damme lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Doe.

Doe is still on wobbly legs! Can Damme finish him?
John Doe is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Damme throws a nice inside leg kick.
Doe seems to have recovered his senses.
Doe moves forwards but Damme connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Doe takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Damme.
Damme lunges at Doe with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Doe's hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Damme lands with a big left! Doe is wobbled badly! Damme comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Doe to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Van Damme!
