Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Carioca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heidan Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Warren.
Warren rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Carioca counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Warren tries a head kick but it misses.
Carioca uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Warren.
Carioca stuffs the takedown attempt from Warren. Warren gets slowly back to his feet.
Warren looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Warren.
Paulo Carioca has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Heidan Warren.
Carioca looks to land a combination but Warren avoids it well.
Warren dives in and grabs Carioca's left leg, looking for a takedown. Carioca pushes down on Warren's head and hops out.
Carioca tries to bum rush Warren with a series of wild strikes but Warren uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A chopping leg kick lands by Carioca.
Carioca displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Warren.
Carioca lands with a slapping head kick.
Carioca cracks Warren with a good jab.
Warren takes one to the chin there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Warren fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Carioca avoids it really well and circles away.
Warren shoots in and drives through. Carioca sprawls well.
Paulo Carioca is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A head kick misses from Carioca.
An inside leg kick lands from Carioca.
Carioca bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Warren's head backwards.
Heidan Warren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carioca chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Carioca feints a jab promting Warren to slip. Carioca then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Warren slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Carioca throws a right hand that Warren ducks under and follows up with a left that Warren also avoids with ease.
Carioca thumps Warren with a low kick.
Carioca tries a head kick but it misses.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Carioca.
Warren looks winded!
Carioca has closed the distance and engaged Warren in a clinch.
A bit of stalling here from Carioca.

Carioca controlling the action here for a moment.
Carioca scores with a nice hook to the head.

Carioca has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Warren - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Carioca, and another! Warren is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
